"Friendly staff and a quick check-in. The room was dated and sub standard. The plumbing 'gurgled' for some time after use and the sink drain had a dirty smell that could be stopped by running water in it. The breakfast was served buffet style, the food was cold and the choices limited. One elevator did not work. The entire facility needs significant upgrades. I can't help but feel that the cab I requested was somehow connected to the staff. I was charged 30 pounds to return to the airport in an unmarked cab while I paid only 15 to get there in a black cab. I feel disappointed by my stay at the hotel and cannot recommend it at all. There are many other options nearby."

"Bar was fine. Room was good but was very basic. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner and don't expect a hair dryer, or hand towels, or many hangers. The a/c is great and the prices are very reasonable. i will book again."
