"The property was directly across street from main train station which takes you into London. Family room too small for family of four. No space to walk around bed. Expected 2 twin beds and a double bed but got one twin bed and a cot which was between the twin and double bed and you had to crawl across bottom of bed to stand on whatever space that was not occupied by suitcases. This should be a triple room rather than a quadruple family room "

"A great place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed with a good, strong shower. Very quiet during the night.

"Staff were very helpful, we had an incident with my lipstick on our bedroom carpet, the staff were amazing at sorting this out - unfortunately the carpet was probably the thing which let this stay down, as it was a bit worse for wear. "Rooms were comfortable. Bathroom well thought out. Nice sized basin, good sized shower with somewhere to put your toiletries. All staff very friendly and helpful. Hallways were very clean well vacuumed. Good amount of parking which was free always good. Only one thing I didn't like was the pillows, too small and not that comfy every thing else was brilliant would stay again good value for money it was cheaper than the premier Inn further down the road and a nicer hotel.
