A special shout-out to the staff, who made our stay exceptional with impeccable, friendly service. "

"Breakfast or should I say lack of it was dreadful. The coffee machines were broken. No brown bread, short of staff, no poached eggs and no porridge. Only full fat yoghurts and couldn't get a coffee"
