"The pool was wonderful, the drinks were nice, the staff were amazing. There were many scheduled activities throughout the day that we could participate in. The rooms were great and everything was very clean. There was lots of variety in all the types of restaurants and cuisines, but the only thing I would improve is the quality of the food as none of it was outstanding but tasted fine. "

Here is a breakdown of our experience: • Service: The staff was absolutely amazing! Every person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. • Cleanliness: The hotel was very clean throughout our entire trip. • Property Condition: I’d rate the property a 4/5. While it could use some minor upgrades in certain areas, it’s clear that they are actively working on improvements. • Dining: Overall, the food was a 4/5. The buffet was a highlight with a huge variety of choices. However, our experience at the Italian restaurant was disappointing; the quality there just wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the resort. • The Beach: There was quite a bit of Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach during our visit. However, the resort staff was out there daily actively trying to clean it up, which we really appreciated. I would definitely recommend this resort for the service and cleanliness alone!"

"This is not an all inclusive resort as it states. Most amenities are not available unless you have a membership with the hotel. The special restaurants prioritize members ,large tanning beds are $100 dollars per day. Rooftop pool is only accessible to members. They walk around offering coconuts for $9. Basically felt like a New York hotel. Spa treatments were priced as New York prices as well. Pools close early. Hotel overall is very Americanized didn’t really feel like Mexico. If you’re looking for the Mexican culture this is not it. "

"We really enjoyed the quite area of the property. Tucked in the jungle, about 10 min drive away from Puerto Morelos beach and town, we enjoyed the house, many amenities and extras it had to offer. Loved the beach chairs, cooler and brach towels (never knew these extras would be so important to have lol). The living space was perfect for us, 2 grandparents and 1 child. Everyone had their own space, rooms to themselves and clean & peaceful places to interect.The host was great & easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to be able to quickly get into town or the beach, but loves the peacefullness of being just outside of the hustle & bustle of town."
