On Marine Parade with good view of the pier. Helpful staff, single room was small but bathroom and shower good size with plenty of water

Great location, excellent rooms, very useful for short stays in UK

Amazing service and great breakfast

Beautifully restored heritage pub with quality materials, great service (thanks sidney) , Harveys on tap, great breakfasts and lovely location opposite the train station and walking distance to the sea

Great stay at the Grand. Housekeeping was amazing, room big & comfortable. Polite and wonderful staff. Very accommodating to our baby. Had a lovely stay

Lovely historic property with higher quality amenities, and very accomodating staff. We were made to feel most welcome.

Very good service and room was exceptional. Clean and tidy. Friendly. Breakfast kept you going all day. A walk of 5 minutes into town centre if on foot. Owner more than accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

We stayed in a double room which was a good size and nicely appointed and clean. the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and great hotel as we were flying out of the south terminal and so only a 7-10min walk to the check in desks. We traveled to the hotel by train which is super convenient and only a 5 min walk from the station to the hotel. Plenty of eating options in and around the hotel, in walking distance. We will definitely use again if traveling through Gatwick.

Historical property, excellent communication and very friendly owner.

Quick overnight stay after long flight from Aus found the room excellent, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast lots of choices and staff very helpful
