"We enjoyed the breaksfast offered and found the selection to be quite reasonable. It is a bonus to have a happy hour bar and large relaxation area for guests.The location of the hotel is excellent for trams,trains, and choice of venues for meals. The only suggestion for improvement is the bath towels are getting worn and thin. "

"Wonderful experience staying at the Park Hyatt Melb. From the moment we walked in the gorgeous receptionist greeted us with big smiles and it was the same with all the staff. The room was beautifully presented, spotless and the bathroom amenities very generous. The hotel has a lovely calmness. We loved it!"

"Did not have breakfast there. The room was clean and air conditioning operated well. The shower needs improvement. Partially fixed door and the rest open makes the water spill on the floor and wet it. There should be sliding door installed to prevent water spillage. "

"Chaotic check-in due to a party of entitled seniors arriving at the same time. They kept interrupting my check-in and the receptionist kept stopping to answer their questions. Breakfast was meant to be included and at check in was told it was only to find it want on my booking. The receptionist argued with me that it wasn’t included only giving way when I found my email. Next morning it again wasn’t marked as included. TV in the room wouldn’t turn on but was fixed fast. All in all disappointing. "
