"I have nothing but good things to say about this resort. It had everything we were looking for and more. Staff was all excellent, especially Miguel our pool waiter. We did not leave the resort the entire week and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We have 2 young kids (2 & 4) and they also had a blast. I would definitely go back."

"This was our fifth time staying at this resort. The hotel is very clean. Our room was beautiful and very clean. The ladies at the coffee shop were excellent. The food was okay for all inclusive. Not great but you can find something to eat. The Mexican restaurant was pretty bad which is odd considering it is in Mexico. The snack bar and pool bars were great! The shows and dining experience has seriously declined in quality. I don’t think they have enough staff working the buffet dining area. It’s hard to get refills on drinks but it is clear the staff is working very hard. The shows are honestly pretty bad. Snorkeling off the resort is excellent. We saw a lot of cool sea creatures. I highly recommend Elite diving on site both Omar and Rueben are fantastic instructors."

"One of the best trips we had done in the Caribbean this trip was #10 #1 to Cozumel. Scuba diving was really good all the staff was helpful specially Victor with cleaning and helping fix a problem I had with my gear. Coaky and Pueblo were great dive masters. Food was ok at 2 of the restaurants other 2 were good just pricey for what they are we did half food on resort other half took a taxi to town. Would advise going day one to mega store and getting some extra drinks beer and snacks for room was fun just doing that adventure. Will definitely come back and recommend. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our month in Joe and Julie’s beautiful condo! It offered everything and more than you could want and Joe and Julie made sure we could get in touch with them easily if need be. The balcony offered a perfect view of the gorgeous beach and pools and there were always beach chairs and shade available. We enjoyed our morning walks on the beach or the quiet road right out front, and were amazed at the outstanding upkeep of the gorgeous property. We snorkelled out front on our beach and around the dock next door , which our the Residencias Reef is allowed to access for tours. This really is the perfect location and we hope to return one day soon! Thanks Joe and Julie. "

"Our time at Villa Torres was glorious! The location was perfect for our group. Quiet at night. Beautiful sunrise and sunsets from the roof top deck. Snorkeling right in front of the house. A pond behind the house with Egrets and other water fowl. It was so peaceful.This spacious home gave us plenty of room for our group and for entertaining friends. The pool and the "warm" pool were great. The beds were very comfortable and the en-suite bathrooms were a plus.The kitchen layout allowed for easy movement and work space for four adults to cook together. A very comfortable home inside, though we spent most of our time outside at the pool, on the roof or sitting on the casita porch listening to the birds. Very easy and timely communication from the owners. The maintenance and housekeeping stay were very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend Villa Torres! "
