"The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable."

"We had an enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the central heating made it very pleasant on a cold night. "It was a fantastic experience for us staying in Snow Gate Apartment. The apartment we stayed in was more like a two-storey townhouse. Clean and tidy. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine. There are AC and heaters in every room. It's not too far from the snow while much cheaper for a more extended stay. Igor is such a nice guy, he gave us many good suggestions and discounted snow gear hire. I would definitely recommend it and will come back for sure."
