Easy walk to shops, plenty of places to get food whether its a sit down restaurant or a quick bite, and plenty of watering holes for those thirsty for more than water :)

The property is in an ideal location for dining under the Storey Bridge. The room was unique with greenery from floor to ceiling directly outside your window giving absolute privacy. The room was comfortable with a king size bed a dark and quiet. We enjoyed a meal at Fellons and a cocktail at the hotels rooftop bar. The hotel's cafe served a lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. We were able to just walk in for breakfast. You will not be disappointed by this hotel. Prepay your parking at...

The staff were very helpful at check in and the apartment was clean and tidy. This was our second visit to Evolution and we enjoyed our second stay as much as the first except we were on the city side and didn't have the stunning river view but apart from that we loved it and we are looking forward to our next visit

I had a great 8 night stay. Brilliant value for money as construction going on which didn't bother me at all. There was a construction lift working through the day but it really wasn't any more intrusive than if there had been traffic noise...which there wasn't. The rooms are well appointed and very clean. It felt like I may have been the first person to stay in this room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Note to Expedia this hotel is described as being 13km from Brisbane. Knowing Brisbane I...
