"Front desk staff are super helpful and helped us with so many things such as transit tickets, tour, train and taxi arrangements. They always have answers to our questions, especially Clayton who helped us with a taxi as we were almost late for our train, and Lonilzo too and a lady (sorry forgot to ask for her name) who drew a touring map for us for our first day touring Alfama. Food is good quality. Highly recommend."
"first room I had was a bit grim. The wonderful staff changed the room for me and were very helpful and accommodating. super convenient location to everything, was a shame the lift didnt work, quite a few flights of stairs to get to the room. Its a very old property but basic and had everything necessary provided. "
"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Area is very convenient to everywhere. Room has excellent sound proof. Washroom shower pressure was excellent. Thanks for having a tissue box in the room; not all hotels in Europe have this. The price is high for the size of the room though. I was a solo traveler so it would have been nice to have a lower price for solo travelers."
