The apartment is located in Como Borghi, a historic neighborhood on the outskirts of downtown. Its plus is its spaciousness in addition to free parking in front of the entrance. It is in a strategic location for those who want to arrive by car but also for those who like to move on foot because nearby there are clubs, the historic center (porta torre) as well as an excellent historic pastry shop within walking distance for breakfasts to remember.
The apartment has two very spacious double bedrooms, a large living area dining area, kitchen and a full bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor without a lift.

Check-in: The keys are in a safe box outside the apartment. It is very important that guests contact us to provide the information requested by the office and to be able to receive the code and instructions.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy.

The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contracts and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at the time of check-out.

How to get around:
The convenience is to be able to take advantage of the free parking always available outside the apartment. Como Nord Lago station, located on the lake side, is a 15-minute walk away, and Como Borghi intermediate station is only 10 minutes from the apartment.
