"It was nice. Clean. Had a basic buffet breakfast in the morning. Restaurant on site. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not much to walk to close by. No stores but a little bar and another restaurant. Train station is close to go into Milano. They had shuttle to the airport. Even when lobby was not open the shuttle arrived on time. We would stay there again."

Staff was friendly, hotel was clean, as a single female traveler I felt safe. I didn't eat at the restaurant so I'm unable to comment on the food. But the bar had my necessities. Transportation was easy and accommodating. I would actually stay there again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
