"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"Lovely apartment with all the necessities to make an enjpyable stay. Marco and Daniella were perfect hosts and left us a welcome bottle of Proseco and cookies. They were available for our many questions. BUT THE VIEW WAS EXCEPTIONAL. From snow capped moutains to the lake we had a panoramic view one that we will never forget. The town is quaint and ferries to other towns were easy. We highly recommend this apartment and location. Thank you again Marco and Daniella."
