"It is super conveniently located, good private parking (at a charge). The place is clean, typical Italian decor (colorful and lacking of finish) - absolutely ok! We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). Through message we were guided to the apartment. As we got instructions upon contact regarding the parking, & seing that the adress & dot on the map was...

"This place was the perfect location for visiting Como. Easy walk to everything like restaraunts, train and ferry. Julet was super helpful with check in. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here. Would definitely stay there again!"

"torn Design apartment is a great period property kept in a really good condition. Easy access to ferry and few restaurants in the town. Very nice friendly locals around in this area. Little café at the top next to the bus stop is really good. They had some amazing pastries and biscuits selection. Area is very quite at in the evening except for the square where you will see lots of locals and the tourists near the restaurants and bars. Apartment was a self check in and check out. Basic...

"Como is expensive town, but this place is ecxellent compared to offered price. Everything is equipped well including cookong, heater works very warm. View in terrace is stunning. Location is a few blocks away from center of town. Only a few reviews here, but do not worry about place. It is very hidden jewel."

"Overall a nice stay in Como. Good location that is removed from busy parts of town but very walkable to attractions and the lake. Some of the lights were flickering/out, and part of the paneling in the kitchen was undone. We weren’t sent check in info until after our check in time and spent 15 minutes or so waiting for a call or message back. Overall good and comfortable. "
