"Amazing property and an amazing host"

"Todo muy bien. El lugar es hermoso y aunque hay que subir muchos escalones vale la pena por la vista. El jacuzzi en la terraza es lo máximo. Nos hicieron favor de recibirnos antes para dejar las maletas y nos ayudaros a subirlas y bajarlas. También gracias a Erbert por los consejos para lugares donde comer y transportación. "Perfect stay, the apartment was spotless and has everything you need. The interior design is lovely and having the hotel across the street is really convenient for breakfast/coffee. Would highly recommend! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the stone house! Sara was great to work with. She made sure we were prepared for our stay and arrival. The character in the house was just what I was looking for. The house was so clean and we really appreciated all the thoughtful touches Sara had in the house. There are a lot of steps to the house, but we felt it was worth it!"

"Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. "We ended up staying at this house and the property next door because of a electrical issue (a nuisance rather than a safety issue). Both were very nice properties with some features that were slightly different but overall you couldn't go wrong with, as Dr. Seuss would say, "House 1" or "House 2". We enjoyed the neighborhood and liked the fact that we could walk to and from town (good exercise on the way up the hill!) or take an exhilarating, but safe ride up and down the hairpin turns. "What a beautiful flat in such a great location in Como. Plenty of space to relax and really enjoyed the balcony to sit outside. Check in and communication with host was great. Only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in a very central area with lots of (people) traffic so it can be a bit noisy at night. Overall though, highly recommend!!!"

"This is a great little apartment with a magnificent view of Lake Como. Air conditioning, kitchen bath, and separate bedroom are all well anointed. It is out of town and not easy to get to because of the switchback road. We enjoyed it anyway and loved the nearby town, Rovena"
