"We loved our 6 night stay at The Avenue .Excellent communication from Jonathon. Clean cottage, with quality and comfortable furniture and bedding. Top-notch amenities. We ordered the Breakfast and dinner food packages and this was great value with delicious local produce! Perfect place for a couple, private and peaceful with a postcard view. Location is 3 kms from Montville main street so we recommend a car. In saying that, its also a walk with views which we did. Highly recommend this place...

"I was ok with supplying my own linen which I ended up hiring and this process was all fine until I had to make the beds in the double and single bunk combo. There was a chair on the bed along with 2 boxes of floor boards and two very dusty single floor boards out of boxing. Also down the side of bed was very dusty (made noticeable upon making the beds)."

Updated kitchen and bath were very pleasant. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, and cookware. Comfortable mattress with clean bedding. Beachfront restaurants and cafes in two directions, easily walkable. Shops and an IGA grocery store also walkable. Good WiFi and there is a lift. Host gave clear check in/out...
