Our check in time was at 4. We arrived an hour early and they left a note to prioritize our check in. We did not get the room until 4:30 as it was not clean yet. Our check in was even half an hour late! It was warm outside and we had to wait even more with all our belongings.

We booked a king bed and a couch area. We got a room with no couch. They kindly moved us to a 2 queen beds. But it would have been nice to have our sitting area we booked. Just space for our daughter to play. Other that nice hotel!

The hotel was good and clean. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. There is a restaurant right beside the hotel that was some of the best food I've ever had. All and all it was a good stay. Would definitely return

Like many have said the place is under construction. Cheap rate thru Expedia caught our attention. The rooms look like a blind person painted them. Many of the Renos to the current rooms look cheap and done by unqualified people. Ok to stay for a night but it’ll be better after the renovation and expansion are completed. Looks a long way off.

Due to construction, the outside area had a lot of dust and debris which seemed to track into the main floor area. We stayed there last year and it was immaculate and we look forward to returning once the construction is done later this year.

Great stay, there was an old timbit behind my bed, giving me the impression the rooms are not full cleaned. Also the perfume smell throughout the halls and so badly in the elevator that we chose to take the stairs.

Under construction which was not advertised. It’s very old and outdated and doesn’t match advertising at all. It’s a 3 star at best - far from a. 4 rating. Bed was terrible. We don’t stay as it was too dirty. Had to still pay for room And stayed elsewhere. Would never use Expedia again or book at that location.

The room was basic but fine. The images in the Expedia listing largely shows the main property, not this satellite location. They’re renovating this building and expanding it so it’s not much to look at.

The hotel is going through renovations\construction, so we expected some debris and inconvenience. The room was recently updated, according to staff, however it was lipstick on a pig. The walls had water damage, the bed frame was falling apart, the carpet look old and worn out. On the plus side, the nightly room cost was $130 all in, the mattress was great and the bedsheets and bathroom were clean. The staff also allowed us a late checkout. We did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub.

The stay was great, comfortable beds, clean room and staff we very helpful. Parts of the hotel were under construction but did not impact the stay, but there were a few small touch ups to the room that could have been made.

They are undergoing renovations which I was informed about so understandably the entrance was not inviting. Everyone was nice and accommodating to every request, great location.

All in all we had a good stay. The room was quiet and the beds were pretty comfortable. The building was a little rough around the edges, and the bed sheets could do with a decent clean. Collingwood is a great place to stay, lots of really great places to eat and close proximity to the ski hill (the purpose of our 2 night stay).

I like that this location is only 10 mins drive to the village and all the shops and restaurants are very close by. We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the future!
