"Breakfast not included but a full kitchen was at hand. Just a 10 minute walk into the lovely town with a safe clean beach. Plenty of pubs and restaurants but they close early so expect nothing open after 10 pm. Rooms large with separate bedrooms and great A/C. Highly recommended."

Yes it is a 30 min drive from The Great Ocean Road, but the drive is easy and lovely. Make the effort and stay here, you will not regret it."
