"This is our 3rd year going there. Because we have had such an amazing experience the previous two times we had been there. All the staff from the Bar tenders, wait staff, activity staff, the trolley drivers, and house cleaning were absolutely amazing!! The food was so delicious! The only complaint we had was trying to get smaller bills so we can tip the staff. There seemed to be a shortage on $1 bills We are already planning on going back there next year. We have highly recommended to all our friends and family. You totally treat us like kings and queens. Was wonderful the staff made it so relaxing, the only decision we had to make was what to eat and drink.😊 the Bar tenders and waitresses were so amazing the would usually have a drink for us even before we ordered . That was so shocking because they are taking care of so many guests. 😊"

"Our stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out! From the moment we arrived, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly clean, you can really tell they take great pride in maintaining the grounds. Every area felt well cared for and relaxing. The staff were truly INCREDIBLE. Guest services consistently checked in on us, and since we booked through Expedia, we even received a complimentary hydrotherapy spa experience, which was such a nice touch. At dinner each night, the staff always made sure we were happy, and the service at every restaurant was top-tier. Our favorite experience was Carnal—the show and the food were both AMAZING and definitely a highlight of our trip! But the person who truly made our stay unforgettable was Isaias, the bartender at Sambay. He went above and beyond for my boyfriend and me, providing exceptional service and making every visit so fun and memorable. Overall, this resort was nothing short of perfect. If you’re thinking about going—DO IT. You won’t regret it! "
