"Amazing resort, 10/10! It was so great that we extended our stay. The food and drinks were wonderful, room was nice, and how can you have a bad day in a lazy river? Juan with guest services made the trip, he was extremely attentive and booked all our dinner reservations for us. He checked in with us daily and was always there to answer our questions. We will be back!"

"We recently stayed at this beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya and overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process with Armando was smooth and welcoming, he was friendly, efficient, and very courteous. He went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs, which made a great first impression. Thank you Expedia for the welcome packet left in our room and for the pass to the neon foam party. This was one of the biggest highlights. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The entertainment team was fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun to the resort. The area that could use improvement is the dining and bar service. While the buffet food itself was decent, there was no food variety. With a little more focus in this area, the overall experience would be exceptional. Despite that, we’re happy with our stay and would consider returning in the future."

"We took a family vacation and stayed at this resort for seven days. We loved everything about it. We had so much fun, the food was amazing, so many options to choose from. The staff was amazing, they provided excellent service. The only part we didn’t like was all the mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect."

"The property was amazing it was so relaxing and welcoming. All the staff was very helpful except one staff at the buffet was kind of short but other than that all the other staff was wonderful we wanted to take some of them home with us especially Adriana. The staff at the Peruvian restaurant gave us the best service we have ever had at any restaurant. We went there on our anniversary and had such a special intimate time. I plan to go back. We really wanted to call out the Peruvian staff by name because they were so wonderful and we lost the card that had their names on it. We stayed September 13th through the 21st so it should be pretty easy for the resort to figure out the wonderful staff that we had. I hope all of the staff gets paid very well as it was superb service."
