"Extended our stay today everything went very smooth, also did laundry and the front desk had quarters!"

Furniture worn out and in bad shape, sink in kitchenette did not work, bathroom door was so badly damaged it didn’t close properly and entire bottom was peeling off. In the four nights we stayed, we never once received housekeeping even when out of the room for over 11 hours. "

"It was hot when we traveled so the room a/c struggled at times. The paper products where not high quality in the room. However the location and amenities are great and the room was clean and accommodating for my stay"

"The Westin Rancho Mirage is a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous setting. We were able to check in early and our room was very spacious. The beds were super comfortable too. We ate in the dining room for lunch and Sunday Brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced. The smaller pool we were close to was clean but they could use more umbrellas. Overall—a very enjoyable stay."
