"Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so that was not an issue for us. "
