"The room was clean and spacious, it was quiet, and beds were decent (a little on the harder side), bathroom was equipped with everything needed, and breakfast had hot and cold selections just was a little light on the fruit offerings. I love that they have coffee, tea, and water available 24/7. The gym was the best I've seen in a hotel with lots of equipment. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We have a problem with Hotel.com. We wanted to cancel one room, but I was not able to do it. My booking didn’t show up in Hotel.com . I received email of my booking. When I try to edit my booking, link was not working. I tried to look my booking by booking number, it didn’t work. I end up paying two room charges to the hotel instead of one. Why this happened please explain. "

"No room. Had to duck down to get to the bathroom, had to duck down to even go to bathroom, every time you flush the whole boat smelled like crap for a really long time, no shower, water dripping every where from condensation, no way to lock up when leaving and lots of sketchy people hanging around. I could go on and on but no point. I don't understand how everyone gives it such good reviews. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had. "
