"Wonderful stay. Front desk, housekeeping, and room service all polite and amazing. 💕. I had left my diamond ring and they found it and held it for me. So grateful. Pool was very clean , had some ants around the chairs but no biggie. The pool bar is only open on the weekends. I enjoy my stays here. "

"My stay was much needed , had work at my home and needed hot water to shower and it wasn’t provided in my room - tried several times to take a shower to let the hot water warm up but never did. Very bad experience for me in a much needed situation. Staff on the other hand were extremely nice and helpful. Hotel overall was clean and nice."

"The floors were pretty dirty when arriving to the property. There were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed such as holes in the couch and walls. One of the beds were broken. The communication from the host was no existent. I brought my concerns and all i got back is they are received the info and working on it. If after checkout, there was no resolution. "

"No room. Had to duck down to get to the bathroom, had to duck down to even go to bathroom, every time you flush the whole boat smelled like crap for a really long time, no shower, water dripping every where from condensation, no way to lock up when leaving and lots of sketchy people hanging around. I could go on and on but no point. I don't understand how everyone gives it such good reviews. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had. "
