"The location is great. The staff is very friendly. There is a bar downstairs, great craft Scottish beer. Very relaxed feel. Property is old, had to carry luggage upstairs, and water heater a bit hard to figure out, but for the price we are paying, it is unbeatable. Thanks for wonderful Oban and Isle of Mull experience. "

"We stayed for a night on the way to Mull. Amazing view from the restaurant, and we were able to sit outside with a glass of wine to enjoy it as the sun was shining. Food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and really helpful. They are clearly in the middle of refurbishment, but there was no disruption and I'm sure it will look great once completed. So happy we decided to stay here than in Oban - much better value, and a lovely evening all round. "
