"Was told had lift access from ground level for a disabled person. Upon arrival was informed life was out off order. No contact with our selves to advise us of the situation. So we were left to source alternatiive accommodation ourselves. No help from the hotel. Still awaiting a full refund. ..."

"Such a unique place to stay, and exactly what I wanted. It’s built on stilts into the side of a hill, just above a fabulous Inn. Walking distance (400m ish) from Lochawe train station.
