I had the best breakfast and the best night’s sleep of my entire trip to the south of France and the man on reception tried to communicate properly with me. "Visiting Collias and stayed at Hotel Restaurant Le Gardon during la canicule (heat wave). Cooling off in the hotel swimming pool was wonderful & drinking a spritz on the Terrance as well. Breakfasts were nice. Didn’t try their dinners, but other hotel guests seemed to have enjoyed them. It’s a friendly place with a friendly staff. It’s worth the drive outside of town - the prices were great."
