"Stayed here during a convention for wellness + beauty I had to attend at the Javits Center which was close and a few blocks from the hotel and also close to the Penn Station. Hotel had a nice vibe, staff were nice and accommodating but it does feel a little outdated. The room we got was small, showerhead was super strong, furniture was outdated, but overall the view was beautiful. It wasn’t terrible but also not a five star hotel so keep that in mind. I might stay here again just because it’s close to everything I need to get to. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and more than accommodating. The room was very nice, but it seemed like the thermostat didn’t work. It was 80° in our room every minute that we were there, the window was only opened about 2 inches on each side, so none of the hot air from the hotel hallway could escape. There is no air-conditioning so warning about that. "

"It is definitely an older hotel; overall, great option hotel for Lincoln Square. Lots of food options and shops around. The hotel is foodless, no snacks, drinks, nor breakfast. My only upset is that the entire hotel lacks microwaves. I had most of my amazing lasagna from Cafe Friellos stored in the fridge but no way of heating it up. Bummer."
