"Parking situation is ridicules, hallways carpet very filthy. I understand it’s an older hotel but needs to be kept up. Bathroom door didn’t even close. "
"Loved my stay at Hotel Felix. I was in the city for work. I live out in the middle of nowhere, so it's very dark and quiet at night. The street noise didn't bother me as I thought it might. Staff was super friendly and helpful, and the cafe was great! Cucumber water in the lobby was a nice touch, too. The room was spotless, but prior to check-in, I had to be let into the lobby bathroom, and it was in need of some attention. The only thing I would add is that either the walls are a bit thin or noise travels through the venting system, as I heard an entire conversation carried on by two ladies. Otherwise, I loved this boutique hotel and would highly recommend it and will definitely re-book for my next trip to Chicago in a few weeks."
"I absolutely loved my stay here, we had 7 people and we all sept comfortably. They had all the cooking essentials you need, towels, rags and even soap. I would definitely be back in a couple weeks with my husband and this is the only place I would stay. Oh and did I mention we were sent donuts in the morning… thank you."
"Parking was a bit confusing, but was able to figure out meter parking on the street. Great walkability to restaurants, lounges, and theatre in the area. Did not interact with any staff as we arrived after "front desk hours.""
