Le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux surtout à l’accueil. Nous avons apprécié le club lounge, le service y était plutôt sympathique. La literie était parfaite, le ménage régulier et bien fait. "Staff lovely on arrival but seemed short staffed in the rest of the hotel and restaurant. Ate dinner at the restaurant and food was served very late and cold (other guests complained). Sunbed situation was not normal for a 5 star hotel. There are not enough for guests and some are reserved all day without management removing any towels "

"Clean room! In room spa is amazing! The staff was so helpful and very attentive. The resort is a little far from the beaches, but the staff is very helpful with recommendations and there’s a free shuttle to Bang Tao and the Villa Market. "
