"Great hotel, close to transport, shops, restaurants and theatres. Our room was clean & comfortable. I was concerned it would be noisy as it was opposite the lifts but it was mostly quiet. Staff in the hotel & adjoining restaurant were friendly & happy to help in any way. We definitely recommend The Victoria & will stay there again."

"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."
