"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

Fairmont Royal York
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff, beautiful lobby and bars, great location!
Our only issue was the elevator next to the room was very noisy all night. Other than that fantastic."
"ANOTHER EXCELLENT STAY. CONVENIENCE IS SECOND TO NONE. ABLE TO PARK THE CAR AND WALK EVERYWHERE. THOROUGHLY ENJOY HAVING A SUITE. THERE'S SO MUCH MORE ROOM THAN A REGULAR HOTEL ROOM. WE HAD A CORNER SUITE AND THE VIEWS WERE GREAT. THE HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED. HOUSEKEEPING STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT."
"Room was quiet and the bed was comfortable ! My wife commented that she slept better there than at home LOL! Staff was excellent and responded really quick with service requests! Location was central. Within 5-15 minutes walk, you get variety of dining, lounge, and entertainment choices. Transportation was also fairly close to the hotel. Union station is only 15-20 minutes of walk. So is the tour buses (Mega bus and Flixbus) terminal. Perfect for those who are feeling to drive in GTA. Would stay again if i am visiting Toronto again! "
"Pleasantly surprised, although the room is a little small it is very clean and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay."
