The customer service was amazing especially poy the lady that helped with directions and walking us to the tuk tuk into the city for some shopping. The manager for food and beverage Yuth was so insightful and a hands on when it came to food suggestions such exceptional service , Alex the night front manager was very helpful and kind to all our needs . "we loved our stay in this hotel. our room was spacious and very clean. the rooftop pool and lounge area was lovely. the area is very walkable and there’s lots of restaurants nearby. the sky train, shopping centre and cinema is only around a 15 minute walk away and i’d recommend using the train to get to places because traffic is terrible! "
