"Best place we have ever stayed"

"The stay was okay. The property was tidy but not clean. Sticky floors and counters, cups under the beds from previous stays, dust, and the floor had definitely not been moped. There were no extra blankets, and only one kitchen towel. Several of the rooms did not match the images in the listing for things such as bed coverings, decor, etc. (This isn't a big deal but worth noting). The pool was not well kept, but we cleaned it the best we could and used it one day. Make sure to wear shoes outside! We found several pieces of broken glass around the pool. We did have an issue with someone parking there one evening. I attempted to reach out to the host, but did not receive a response. It ended up being the neighbors who were having visitors and needed somewhere else to park. It was very close to everything we went to which is why it was fine to deal with the issues for a few days. I do feel it was overpriced for the condition especially since you have to pay an additional cleaning fee. "

"The house is darling! Some food savers and more mixing bowls would be nice. Great pots and pans.The neighbors have barking dogs, but they are not outside all the time. As darling as the house is, the electrical outlets in the living room and dining room are only 2-prong outlets and not upgraded like the rest of the house. If you have a laptop, you have to charge it in a bedroom. This was a significant disadvantage for us."

"Clean home in convenient location for our one night stop over while traveling through Memphis. Enclosed back yard great for our dog. Water in bathroom, shower and sink, not very hot."

"House bathrooms carpet walls were super dirty the house had an old smell never went away with air fresheners or our lotion or sprays didn’t fix it. Location was good . The decor was cute but that’s it … "

"I enjoyed staying at this property extremely! It was clean comfortable and relaxing I had stayed for Christmas and it was close to my family great geataway for some peace as we all know the holidays are exciting but overwhelming. The owners were very nice and communicated extremely well. The only thing i didnt care for was the steps they were very narrow. But other than that that it was perfect! If you want to stay in a good location with peace this is definitely a good spot! I am an extremely picky person and give it a 10 out of 10! Next time I go to Memphis this is my pick! "

"We went to the Memphis Tigers football game and was able to walk to the game due to the excellent location of the house. We ate dinner at Central BBQ and it was right around the corner from the house. We met my son at Staks Pancake and it was only about 15 minutes from our rental. Excellent all around location."
