"This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. No where on the website does it talk about parling cost and the incident fee of 75 dollars a day. Breakfast for 10 dollars all you got was nothing health. The party that was on the roof top kept me up that night. The walls are very thin and you can here everything in the next room that you really do not need to hear. Check in time was late they had no rooms ready at 3pm. I was charged for 2 drinks that i did not buy, how does that hapoen. That was the last straw for me. I will never recommend this place to anyone. "

"We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this home! The host was very accommodating and made the entire process smooth and easy. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe, which was important to us.We especially appreciated the designated parking. It made things so convenient. The midtown Memphis theme was a highlight and exactly what we were looking for, adding a lot of charm and character to our stay.Overall, a wonderful experience!"

"The place itself is very clean, but the neighborhood is a lil sketchy. One of the two bedlamps constantly flickered, so we just kept it off during our stay, and the shower is a bit cramped but the water temp and pressure are great. Main complaint is the driveway entrance — it's very small, so if you're claustrophobic or can't handle driving thru small spaces, your best bet is to park in the lot next door."

"The house was very clean and the festive decorations added such a charming, personal touch to our stay. We were there for a girl's trip and loved the vibrant atmosphere of the house. The attractions we went to were all within a short lyft ride away. Plus, Bri was an all-star host—incredibly quick to reply and always helpful! "

"Not the best stay. Unit described was not the unit I was place in. Multiple issues upon arrival that the host was unaware of. Clogged sink, broken door, dirty dishes. All problem were not fixed until the day before my checkout. If unit was as described would have been a 4.5 /5 And only deduction would be noise overnight from a nearby establishment."

"The house is darling! Some food savers and more mixing bowls would be nice. Great pots and pans.The neighbors have barking dogs, but they are not outside all the time. As darling as the house is, the electrical outlets in the living room and dining room are only 2-prong outlets and not upgraded like the rest of the house. If you have a laptop, you have to charge it in a bedroom. This was a significant disadvantage for us."

"We had a wonderful stay within walking distance to great food, and dry goods. One of the best dog friendly places I've stayed in across the country. I would highly recommend staying here."
