"Beautiful property, free tea tasting, and very wonderful host. Host was a pleasure to talk to and was always available for any assistance we needed. Had great recommendations for food and hikes nearby. He also took the time to show us his family’s tea farm only 2 minutes away. The views were incredible. Alishan Recreational Forest was only 30-40 minutes away. There is machine laundry, but clothes need to be air dried. However, there are enough lines and fans to allow the clothes to dry...

"Really lovely family run, the family was very friendly and helpful. All the activities and bike rentals etc can be booked at the accommodation. Everything within walking distance. The evenings are really popular and huge crowds turn up for all the street food and outlets. Highly recommended for anyone to experience local culture, fun activities and food."

"This was an over-night stay location for our multi-day road trip. But Taliwen B&B was so nice that we will probably use it as a place to stay for our future activities in the area. The B&B is spacious and comfortable, The host is friendly and curteous. Love it!"

"The beds were very firm to our liking! The beds also seemed to be clean. However, other parts of our room didn’t seem to be cleaned, especially at the windows to see outside the street vendors. Windows were not cleaned and there were black dirt near the sill. The window curtains were also very torn. "

"The room provided to us was soooo much bigger than we had expected. It was also very clean. Staffs were friendly. We were provided with a very big breakfast and it was very yummy! Highly recommend! "

"Hotel were manned by 2 people, a gentlemen in the day and a lady at night. The gentlement was very welcoming and showed us around the small town the moment we arrived. Room was also clean and has basic ammeneties. Breakfast given must be collected downstairs and eaten in the room though. Bath Shampoo and Soap were of decent quality. The hotel was within walking distance to the pier and bus stop. And in the middle of the bustling small village"
