"Room was spotless. Breakfast Buffet has lots of variety. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is a ten minute walk to the nearby MTR station at Shek Mun but you can always take the hotel's shuttle bus that will take you to their sister hotel, Royal Park located at the Shatin City Center which is close to tons of restaurants and shopping. Health Club on 28th floor and token operated laundry on the Third Floor is very convenient."

I loved my stay at the hotel especially the sea side view it was mesmerizing however I did not like how the front staff talked to me was bit rude, being service providers, one should be polite and nice no matter wherever the guest is from. I feel I was discriminated being Indo-Fijian."

"The room was cleaned every day while we were out, the service was amazing. The hotel was in the perfect location near the airport and Disneyland and was close enough to the MTR that one could take a bus or a taxi to it."

"Clean room. Courteous bellhop and housekeeping. Wished there was a microwave in the room; but we did have a hot water kettle, refrigerator and instant coffee, tea bags and cups. The shower stall had a plastic mat on the shower floor. I brought shower slippers to use. Otherwise, room and linen very clean. "
