I do appreciate the customer service of Expedia really helpful, care about the customer need. For the hotel, room cleaning staff is very friendly. The check in staffs were trying their best to achieve the wishes of customer as I have booked for a room with the ocean view. The floor that I have been located was not high enough in order to see the view fully. The staff was trying to find another room as I have mentioned the condition about it. I have eventually got a room which located at much higher floor in order to have the best view. It was really meaningful to celebrate my birthday. I wish the check in staffs could have more smile while I do understand they may have a lot of tasks to do and customer to process. This is a very first impression as I am a customer to face with about the feeling of the hotel. I will choose this hotel for my next trip. Thank you very much.
