Nice location. Alarm went off 2 times during my stay. Nice views. Restaurant downstairs is too expensive for what you get.

Yes clean. I came in late and the restaurant not open. I was unable to use my credit card or Apple pay for food at the vending machines. Too late and too far away to go for food. The pool was closed

For the price and value, this place is unbeatable. Room is very spacious, has everything you need. Very nice bathroom. Appreciated the gift upon check-in.

Once you get to tsuen wan mtr, you can access anywhere easily. There are plenty of shopping malls & restaurant around tsuen wan mtr. And evwn more malls around tsuen wan west mtr. We went to both places many times during our stay.
Great location
We frequently ventured into the local area around the MTR station to eat and shop. It was a lot of fun to be out of the tourist areas, and the food we found was amazing
Be prepared to barge and push if planning to travel on the MTR. The locals have only one goal and that is to get to their destination as quickly as possible without regard for anyone else.
not much around hotel. However, regular bus service to Tsuen Wan station / shopping center compensate.
Great place for the real 'local' experience.
