Lovely large, clean family room and ensuite. Professional, friendly staff who went the extra mile to help. Enjoyed a good continental breakfast. Immediate surroundings a bit run down, but otherwise well placed for access to restaurants etc. Only stayed 1 night but would stay again and recommend.

This is a great little hotel. We found our room to be very clean and comfortable with nice complimentarys left in the room. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had breafast the next morning and we were able to leave our car parked in the hotel's car park till 2pm the following day while we walked around Cherbourg.

Nice hotel, In the centre of things, So can walk to bar and restaurant's, Room fine, big bathroom, Was hard to find because of road works!! Closed roads etc. 8 euro for parking at hotel. A good 8 out of 10!

Perfect Start to our Tour of Normandy
A very enjoyable stay for 6 cyclists embarking on a week long tour of Normandy sites. The hotel is very central and close to a huge number of restaurants and cafes. We received a very warm welcome on our arrival - check in was from 2pm which tied in perfectly with our arrival on the ferry, so no hanging about before being able to drop off bikes and bags. There is storage for bikes which is not only secure, it also contains proper bike racks and a track pump. Other hotels please note! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. A good breakfast including a hot buffet was included. Overall highly recommended.

Good room with good bathroom. Breakfast was first class, staff were very helpful and pleasant. If we were in Cherbourg again, we would go back to stay here. Garage parking in disabled spot for 6 euros a night. Excellent!

Central location in town centre
This is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. As it was a hot day in Cherbourg, we really appreciated the air conditioning.

Nice hotel but overlooked noisy kebap shop
Nice hotel, very clean rooms, very friendly all female staff, walking distance from the central. The only downside was that our room was overlooking a kebab shop which was open all night. Lots of people stand and eat outside of it which made it very noisy and kept waking us up at 4-5am.

Stayed over 1 night after ferry from Portsmouth. Great choice! Great value, good location easy short safe walk to lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean, great service and no language problems. Had breakfast in town square complete with saturday market!

Pleasant hotel with friendly staff
This hotel is very convenient for the ferry terminal and Cite de la Mer. Good value and nice breakfast. The bedroom was quite warm in July (no air con) but the smaller hotels don't tend to have aircon in France.

Beautiful and tranquil oasis.
Bedroom spacious and clean, bathroom beautifully appointed, bright and clean. Welcome and departure friendly. Breakfast plentiful and excellent variety. Approach road a bit rundown and area at front under re-development, but the hotel was superb.

Parking is an issue
The hotel mentioned they had insight parking but failed to mention it was limited. I was not happy when I arrived and was told I had to park in a public lot that had no security. Other than that the accomondations were adequate.

Good location.
Go to Cherbourg on a regular basis and find this hotel ideally situated. We can go for a early morning run down to the beach and find good restaurants all within walking distance.

The hotel was okay, room was fairly small could just about walk round the bed. One member of staff was particularly rude to a girl who was English she was just shouting at her. Could of been a language barrier but the member of staff should be more professional!

Louvre Revew
Nice and comfortable hotel, though not in the most selubrious part of town. We have stayed before as it has secure parking which we need as we do quite a bit of food, wine and beer shopping. We tend to eat out at a Pizzaria on the front, so have never used the hotel restaurant and in the morning we enjoy a stroll around town looking for a small cafe to have breakfast.

Hotel was comfortable clean and equipped with everything you need for a quick wine shopping stop over. Also in a nice part of town handy for bars and restaurants. Limited parking in the back but we got in without having pre booked. May have been stuck otherwise as street parking is tight. Well recommended.

We stayed just one night and the room was really nice. The neighborhood is not the best, but you just have to walk a little bit to get to a better part of the town. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location near the small boat harbour and downtown. Although the street can be a bit messy with all the Kebab joints, it maybe worthwhile to ask a room which give away from it. Rooms are quite spacious and always clean. Breakfast was correctly priced. There is a garage, the nearby harbour has also very large parking areas.
