"Rooms are clean, breakfast service is excellent. One female staff is particularly helpful at the reception desk, another female staff was ok. But two male staff were not that excellent. One was a bit cold but still helpful but the other one of African descent wearing glasses was kind of devious trying to “con” me into staying a tiny bedroom even after I have paid for the change of the hotel room online already."

"We loved the front desk guy, Tristen. He was so helpful and personable. We loved the restaurant there. We liked that it was convenient to get to the tram. The AC worked amazing, however, you can never take your key out of the wall/ light socket because it will trip the fuse, and you will have to call down every time to get your AC turned back on. "The room was clean and modern with nice lighting and a great shower. The market nearby is amazing but the neighbourhood is no Vieux Lyon. We wish the room had a wine bottle opener and the we had some warning about the fire drill."
