"Nice pools. Very clean. Excellent staff. Only minor complaint: Blackout curtains did not cover entire window so it was VERY bright in the morning. We always stay here when visiting Toronto. "

"A proper old-school hotel; stunning interior design, brilliant staff and good facilities. Restaurants and food options superb, the service impeccable. The room was comfortable, with everything you need. My only gripe is that more electrical outlets would be useful, maybe with USB sockets. Overall a great experience, and a good location."
