"On top of the $200 a night room, we were informed that we would also be charged $24 a day for parking at the hotel. We were put into a newly “updated” room. The carpet in the hallway had more cushion to it than the room itself. The bed was offset and not centered and it appeared maybe a couch was suppose to go in the space but wasn’t there. The chairs were about as comfortable as sitting on a cheap folding chair. The bathroom door had no lock on it (parents beware). The light switch was in the hallway instead of in the bathroom. Combined with the door that also had a frosted window on it, if you get up in the middle of the night you’re all but surely to wake up anyone else in the room. The bed was marginal at best, I’d equivalent to sleeping on a murphy bed. About the only positive thing I could say was that the hallway was very quiet. I think I’m going to try JW Marriott next time as they were only about $35 more a night."

"Parking was close and it wasn't expensive compared to other places. Room was clean, the staff was very helpful and kind and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day at mall of america."

"We had no hot water in our room, despite calling twice to have it fixed and had cold showers all weekend. The coffee or bar was never staffed. I wouldn't suggest staying here, especially for the price"

"The hotel staff booked 4 different people in the same hotel room. The person in the hotel room had to come down stairs and assure the staff he was indeed in the room and it had already happened three other times.There was no parking. The hotel parking was "full". There were stains all over the linens. The shower temperatures were either hot or cold, no in-between. I was quite disappointed. "
