Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I hope you choose to stay with me for your next St. Paul excursion!

Magnificent view!

Wonderful location with fantastic bay window that looks down on the neighborhood. The quaint place has all you need for your stay. It’s private but close to all the action. We had a great stay!

A great stay on a hill

We came to St Paul for the weekend. Did some hiking, visited a coffee shop and had dinner with friends. This VRBO was a perfect fit. We had plenty of space, it was quiet, it was close to where we wanted to be and our host was easy to contact.

Great place on Grand Hill

Had a great stay in this one bedroom, one bathroom apartment on Grand Hill. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was easy as was check-in and check-out. Host was always available when needed.

Charming neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay. Stacey was easy to get in touch with and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood is great for walking and within walking distance to places to eat. Highly recommend Russell's for dinner! 2 blocks from place. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet. We felt lucky to have been able to bring our two dogs. You'd never know pets were allowed as it was clean and no pet odors. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

My home away from home

I have stayed here twice so far and plan on staying at this property for the rest of my duration at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The property is well stocked with bedding, towels, and pots and pans. The owner has also been very responsive and helpful for all of my stays. The unit is also very quiet, which is a god send because I am such a light sleeper. It is also steps away from the 63 and 65 buses, which is great for me to go out to eat or buy groceries.

Great Location

We were visiting my sister who lives in the Summit neighborhood. It’s a couple of blocks to Grand Avenue and 6 blocks to Mississippi Coop. It also has easy access to Lower town and downtown St. Paul. The bus stop across the street is within the 50 cents downtown fare zone. Stacey was easy to contact about any questions. The main living area is full of light when it’s sunny. Could use more light on gloomy evenings.

Owner did not meet us when we first arrived as she originally said she would and made no effort to meet us over the 5 days we stayed. The furniture in the small living area was very uncomfortable—cushions worn out on the chairs to the dining table; basically thrift store finds. Windows and blinds were dirty. Not charming and quaint as advertised. Overpriced—could have stayed in downtown hotel with a great free breakfast for the same price; we wished we had.

This is a nice 1 bedroom apartment on 2nd story. The vibes are zen and easy going and we enjoyed walking to the Grand Ave area. The neighborhood has many unique homes to enjoy the views. The host was interested in our comfort.

Wonderful apartment in Saint Paul

This apartment is on the second floor of a home in the Cathedral Hill district of Saint Paul, a lovely older residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to many nice restaurants on Grand Avenue. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with a full kitchen, living room, quiet bedroom and full bath. There is cable television. Overall, a lovely place to stay in a great neighborhood. The host checked in with me to make sure everything was going smoothly, and it was. I would definitely stay there again.
