"The hotel was nice. We were not able to access our room early and had to leave our luggage behind the desk, which did not seem safe. The young man at the front desk did not seem to know very much and was not that helpful."

"No fridge in room. Breakfast was terrible, cold food was Ok but when we arrived at B'fast the hot food was at best lukewarm and looked so bad we were not willing to eat any of it. "

"Modern property with good facilities. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere at the rooftop bar and restaurant with music some evenings. A little out from the city centre but subway station very near to take you quickly into the centre. Only issue was the tiles in the bathroom appeared stained. It was probably just the type of tiles rather than being dirty, but it was a little disconcerting. "

"Cleaning staff very pleasant but room cleaning and supplies were sporadic. Front desk staff doesn't really go out of their way to help you. Pool is freezing. Santiago is beautiful and the hotel was in a nice location within walking distance to restaurants and bars."
