"This property was exactly as described, very convenient to the event we were in Phoenix. Neighborhood was safe, was easy walking, with restaurants close by."

We were given the wrong password for wifi, there was 1 1/2 bathrooms not 2 like advertised, floor tiles were loose in upstairs hallway, soap dispenser was falling off wall, we ran out of toilet paper and dish soap, missing one remote for tv, dishes were dirty in the cabinet. We contacted the service manager for remote, toilet paper and soap but got ni response. He did give us the correct wifi. "

"Great rental, bed was comfortable, great spot for getting to places in Arrowhead Peoria Area, responsive host, and close to freeways! Nicely maintained unit and has a private patio. Community pool too! "
