"The jr ocean suite was big, clean and gave a direct view of the ocean. The staff was amazon from the porters to the receptions. All were welcoming and vey friendly. The Bartender David was amazing. By the 2nd day he knew everyone choice of drink and names. He also makes great taste tester and had me coming back for a Bahamas mama "

"Hotel is very clean, the room was nice and clean. The food was good. The staff is very nice, specially in the buffet Guadalupe, Michelle and Eilan. I only gave it 4 stars because it needs umbrellas on the beach (there is not even one) and if you want something to drink while at the beach you have to go get it yourself. "

Check in was fine, it it would have been helpful to know that we would have a building concierge who would give us all the specific details (Building 18- Michelle Ramirez was fantastic!).
