"The room itself was pretty nice however we did find other guests items in our room while unpacking which made us worry about just how clean the rooms get after other guests leave, the tvs remote was a bit on the glitchy side as it was hard for it to reguster buttons, and one of our curtians was missing its pull rod when we arrived and despite informing the staff of that fact i think they still charged me for the replacment as my holding charge for any damages hasnt been returned yet. Most of the building was under renovations or general construction so it wasnt to apealing to walk past all the time. The pool was nice but the janitorial staff kept watching my friends and i while we were in there so it felt pretty uncofrotable after a while. Overall it wasnt terrible if your lookinh for a place just to stay at for a weekend but i dont think ill be going back with my friends anytime. "

"Everything about this hotel was perfect, from the check inn process to the cleanliness of the room, the room was amazing and the bed super comfy, the area of the hotel is in a great spot, overall not one complaint."

"It is disappointing that what could have been a perfect stay, required a space heater brought to the room as the heat would not come on. Temperature in the room was in the mid-sixties until he space heater was able to bring the temperature to a more liveable low to mid seventies. The weather was unseasonably cold. I believe the decision was made by management or maintenance staff to switch the equipment to a air conditioning status too soon. that is my understanding of what happens in some facilities. You know the hotel is too cold when the front desk staff had a heating fan behind the front desk for the duration of my 3 day stay."
