"My bedsheet had a cigarette hole in it. They gave us a room in an area with section 8 housing individuals who hung outside their room talking loudly, people sitting in the grass where the dog poop bags are in the parking lot.
There is a green fenced area that blocks off part of the parking lot and people would sit behind it to smoke and socialize which was also by our room.
There should be some division between guests and people that stay long term because the people who live there were very loud, a couple argued multiple times which woke myself, my husband, my toddler and 2 dogs. We only stayed 1 out of our 2 nights because it was not comfortable.
The air conditioning kept one side of the room cooler than the other side. There was a big patch on the floor of the shower so there is some proof they do maintenance it just didn’t look done professionally.
The price was cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.
Staff was very friendly at check in. They required IDs for each adult in the room and provided a parking pass. I didn’t have interaction upon check out as they said just open the curtains so they know we are gone and leave the keys."
"Since they have been renovating for the past three years, it seems they are not spending money on upkeep or modernization of the rooms. We were met with a dark little hotel room functioning as the reception office and lobby. In our room were stained carpets, cracked sink, and a chair that looked like it had been found at a dump. There was a party happening on the floor above us and several guests complained to the front desk. The noise and thudding didn’t stop until 5:30 AM. This hotel is not worth the money spent. When we left the next morning, commenting on how bad of a night it was, the checkout lady only said, Oh yeah, I heard about that. Sorry. Have a nice day!”
Unbelievable."
"Such an amazing place to stay. Had parking and walking distance to the beach! Staff was amazing and answered questions right away. Would love to come back."
