"It is an old building and not attractive. One elevator was broken so it took a very long time for an elevator. There were very few carts for luggage. It was in a great location right on the boardwalk to beach. It was also just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants downtown.We had a beautiful view. The cost for valet parking was $75 per night. "

"The setting was charming & captivated your heart. It was wonderful falling to sleep with the ocean rhythms. The staff, cleanliness and indoor & outdoor environment met our expectations. As a side note, we were amazed the freeway entrance was so near the Inn."

"Breakfast was basic but satisfying. Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, cereal.
It was served in an atrium, outdoor greenhouse which was relaxing. I was 10 minutes from the beach on seaward ave. And i found a farmers market on a wednesday at the pacific view mall. I grabbed fresh fruits, and a tamale to eat on the beach! There was no swimming pool at the hotel, only a small jacuzzi however. "

"Prime beach proximity - can hear the ocean waves right from the room.
Super friendly staff.
Walking distance from Vons, Starbucks, Thai/Mexican food.
Hallways could use some paint touch-ups but otherwise very difficult to complain.
We will definitely be coming back!"
