"This is a really clean, beautiful property within a 2 minute walk to the beach. Erica was very responsive to any communication and the property was VERY well stocked. We really appreciated the beach chairs, mats, umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards and beach towels. Such a pretty place! The kitchen actually had sharp knives! Only downside of the kitchen is zero food storage (foil, bags, Tupperware). We did experience beach tar, which was a first for us, but there was tar remover and we figured it out. The only kind of strange thing was the bedroom configuration. We were all able bodied adults, but the loft bedroom within the second bedroom did not afford much privacy and the noise from the living room and kitchen could all be heard clearly. The ladder to the loft is very steep and getting luggage up there is interesting. The landscaping is amazing. The fire pit did not work, maybe out of propane? Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a beautiful property. Would definitely stay here again."

"Always a wonderful stay at Deena and John’s! This is our third time and it feels like home! We missed last year, so it was great to be back! I think I’ve written a review every time we’ve stayed there, but again, the beach amenities are excellent… everything you need for a great day at the beach! We love the space itself which is so comfortable as well as the wonderful bedding, pillow options and cotton sheets, and the comfy beds, this house is just beautiful. It feels like a home, it’s a quick walk to many conveniences or a quick bike ride. Having bikes is awesome and having a ping-pong table is even better! We love this place and will be back!"

"The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets. Just had to parallel park. Im not sure how that parking all works on street cleaning days, but we were not there on one of those days.The entire place is basically the second floor of the house. The stairs have handrails, and my elderly Mom could handle them.Would stay there again if I was in the area."
